Joerg lebt schon seit Anfang der neunziger Jahren mit seiner Frau Heidi und seinen drei kleinen Kindern in Texas. Er besuchte die Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, wo er 1994 seinen Abschluss als Master of Business Administration absolvierte.

Joerg ist schon seit ueber 10 Jahren in der Immobilienbranche in den USA und speziell in Texas taetig. Er hat sich auf die Entwicklung, den Ankauf, und den Verkauf von Gewerbeimmobilien spezialisiert.

Heute is Joerg “Managing Director” bei PegasusAblon in Dallas, Texas. Er ist hauptverantwortlich fuer alle Investitionen, die mit Wohnobjekten oder Wohnungsbau zu tun haben.

Vor seinem Eintritt bei PegasusAblon war Joerg einer der Firmenchefs und Partners bei Hughes Development in Dallas, Texas. Dort war er verantwortlich fuer die Akquise und Entwicklung von Gewerbeimmobilien, hauptsaechlich im Shoppingcenter-, Bueroimmobilien-, und Wohnungsimmobilienbereich. Joerg war aktiv involviert bei der Entwicklung von Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Texas und das South of Seventh-Projekt in Fort Worth, Texas. Mockingbird Station ist eines der bakanntesten “transit oriented mixed-use projects” in den USA.

Joerg ist im Schwarzwald geboren und ist dort in seinen elterlichen Betrieben in der Ferienhotellerie aufgewachsen, die beide der “Relais et Chateaux”-Vereinigung angehoeren.

Joerg hat in Texas sehr gute Verbindungen. Er ist Mitglied bei der Deutsch-Amerikanischen Handelskammer und sitzt im Aufsichtsrat der renommierten “Christ the King School” in Dallas, Texas.

Joerg has been living in Texas with his wife Heidi and his three kids since the early 1990’s. He attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 1994. 

Jorg has been active in the commercial real estate industry in the United States and specifically Texas for more than 10 years. Jorg Mast is the Managing Director for PegasusAblon’s multifamily investments, including acquisition of existing properties and all ground-up development opportunities.

Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Jorg was a principal and development partner with Hughes Development where he was responsible for analyzing, pursuing, and negotiating acquisition and development investments. During his time at Hughes Development, Jorg helped lead the retail leasing and development at Mockingbird Station and developed the South of 7th project in Fort Worth, Texas as well as repositioned the Kirby Building in downtown Dallas, Texas.

Jorg began his professional career in the hotel and restaurant business in Europe. He worked at the Hotel du Cap, in Antibes, France, the Hotel le Bristol in Paris, France and later was part of the upper management of his family’s hotel operations in Germany’s Black Forest, all of which are part of the “Relais et Chateaux” association.

Joerg is very well connected in the Dallas/Fort Worth community. He is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Advisory Council of Christ the King School in Dallas.
